Half the weight of glass

Acrylic is very lightweight, weighing only half the weight of ordinary glass. Because it is lightweight and easy to handle, acrylic is also a recommended material for DIY replacement and installation. It can reduce the weight of doors, sliding doors and other fixtures, and even children and the elderly can open and close them with little effort.

Higher transmittance than glass

The transmittance of acrylic is 94%, which is higher than that of ordinary glass. It is recommended for display cases, etc. because the colors of objects seen through acrylic can be faithfully reproduced without being affected by the color of the acrylic.

High cold and heat resistance from -40℃ to +80℃

Since it can withstand temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃, it is resistant to degradation even in cold winters and hot summers and can be used outdoors with confidence.

Four times stronger than glass

Acrylic is four times stronger than commonly used clear glass, and even if it breaks, the shards do not scatter, so there is little risk of injury and it is safe. It is widely used in homes with small children and in kindergartens.

We manufacture in 1mm increments according to your desired size. We can also cut to your desired size and shape.

Cut to desired size and shape

Six different shapes can be cut. We can also cut shapes not shown in the images if we know the size and shape.

Please let us know the size and shape when you request a quote, and we will reply with a price estimate if you send us one of the following: CAD data, drawing, or pattern paper.

A simple hand-drawn drawing is also acceptable. Our expert operators will suggest the optimum thickness and type of glass and support you until completion.

Three types of cross-section processing

There are three types of cross sectioning: light chamfering, rough polishing and polishing. light chamfering is chamfering that is done lightly with a grinder or similar tool so as not to cut your hand.

If you want to show the cross section on table tops or shelves, or if you want to minimize the risk of injury from acrylic, we recommend rough polishing and polishing.
