Float glass (clear glass) is the most commonly used type of glass. Its low cost and ease of cutting and drilling make it a popular material for do-it-yourself (DIY) projects.

It is widely used for glass table tops to prevent scratches and stains on tables, as well as window glass, furniture doors, store shelves, and glass panels for experiments and research.

We manufacture and supply float glass in the size and shape required by the customer.

25 types of standard glass plates are also available / for research, physics and chemistry, and experiments

We offer 25 kinds of standard glass plates (soda lime glass plates) for purchase.

We offer 13 types of square glass plates and 12 types of round glass plates.

Since they are less expensive and faster to deliver than custom sizes, they are widely ordered as glass plates for laboratory equipment, research, and physical and chemical applications.

In addition to float glass (soda-lime glass), we also sell standard tempered glass and heat-resistant glass (Tempax).

About Processing

Cut to desired size and shape

Float glass can be cut into various shapes other than squares.

Please contact us for more information about our ability to cut circles, holes and other special shapes.

Cutting surface treatment can be selected to perfectly match the application.

Cutting surfaces are processed in three types: light chamfering, rough polishing, and polishing.

The light chamfering is a process in which a grinder or similar tool is used to lightly chamfer the surface so that the hand will not be cut. We recommend the light chamfering process when the cut surface of the glass is to be hidden, such as when it is to be delivered in a frame.

Rough polishing and polishing is recommended when the cross section is to be shown, such as table tops and shelves, or when you want to reduce the risk of injury from glass as much as possible.

"Shatterproof film" processing is also available to prevent debris from scattering.

Float glass can be treated to prevent shattering in the event of glass breakage.

Shatterproofing is the process of applying a transparent shatterproof film to the glass to prevent shards from scattering in the event of breakage.

This process is often used for the safety of customers and children to prevent them from stepping on or touching broken glass and injuring themselves.
