Neoceram is a heat-resistant glass with a low coefficient of thermal expansion that can withstand a maximum working temperature of 800℃ and a normal working temperature of 750℃. It is so resistant to thermal shock that it will not break even when exposed to cold water after being heated to 800℃. It can be used in areas exposed to fire.

This glass is often used as a viewing window for wood-burning stoves and kilns. If you are concerned that the viewing window of your wood-burning stove is broken or sooty and dirty, we recommend replacing it with Neoceram.

Glass resistant to temperature changes with a maximum working temperature of 800℃

Neoceram is a heat-resistant glass that can be used up to a maximum operating temperature of 800℃ and a normal operating temperature of 750℃. Due to its resistance to sudden temperature changes, Neoceram is often used for the inspection windows of wood-burning stoves and kilns.

Popular for peep windows of wood stoves and kilns in amber color (brown)

If we compare Neoceram with normal glass, we can see that Neoceram is amber (brown) in color. The lighter color makes it less noticeable even if there is soot on the glass.

The color difference between the two is almost imperceptible when looking through the glass.

This is also a good choice for those who are concerned that colored glass may be difficult to see through as a peephole. If you are concerned that the color of the glass will make it difficult to see through, you can also use this product.

Free sample requests are also available.

We are now accepting requests for free samples of Neoceram. If you would like to check the actual texture and how it looks through glass, free samples are available. Please experience the actual color and the way it looks through glass.

Cut to desired size and shape

Six types of shape cutting are available. We can also cut shapes not listed in this table if we know the size and shape.

Please let us know the size and shape when you request a quote, and we will reply with a price estimate if you send us any of the CAD data, drawings, or paper patterns.

Cutting by yourself is also possible.

It is possible to cut Neoceram up to a thickness of 10 mm using a tool called a glass cutter.

However, since Neoceram is expensive, we recommend that you order custom sizes if you are at all concerned about cutting yourself or if you do not want to make any mistakes.
